IFFITA is a association representing the interest of the frozen and chilled food importers and traders in India, we act as a catalyst in promotion and overall development of the frozen and chilled food industry by influencing policy decisions and strategic developments.

- To bring forward issues like VAT, GST, Customs, Excise duties etc.
- To affiliate with FSSAI, DAHD, Customs, Embassies and other related forums
- To encourage balanced regulatory framework to support a fair playing field, facilitate market access and support the competitiveness of the frozen food industry
- To promote education and training programs in Indian frozen and chilled food sector
- To seek redressal of the problems faced by the business involved in domestic and imported frozen and chilled food products
- To promote writings and publication in Indian frozen and chilled food
- To conduct seminars, workshops and trainings so as to broaden the dissemination and communication of knowledge
